精神科护士职业倦怠现状与自我概念、自我效能及社会支持的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的调查精神科护士职业倦怠现状，探讨精神科护士职业倦怠现状与自我概念、自我效能及社会支持的相关性。方法采用中文版M职业倦怠量表（MBI）、田纳西自我概念量表（TSCS）、一般自我效能感量表（GSES）和社会支持量表（SSRS）对武汉市某三甲医院130名精神科护士进行问卷调查。采用SPSS17．0软件统计分析，以职业倦怠各维度为因变量，以自我概念、一般自我效能和社会支持为自变量建立回归模型。结果精神科护士的职业倦怠在性别、婚姻状况、学历、职称方面差异有统计学意义。职业倦怠中情绪疲倦与自我概念、自我效能及社会支持3个维度呈负相关，工作冷漠感亦与这3个维度呈负相关，而个人成就感则与这3个维度呈正相关。结论精神科护士在职业倦怠各维度均存在疲倦感，护理管理者要注重提升护士自身能力，提高护士的自我概念、自我效能和社会支持水平，以降低其职业倦怠。Objective To investigate the job burnout of the psychiatric nurses and to explore the relationship between job burnout and self concept, self-efficacy, social support for the psychiatricnurses. Methods A total of 150 psychiatric nurses who worked in Wuhan were investigated with Maslach Burnout Inventory （MBI）, Tennessee Self-Concept Scale （TSCS）,General Self-Efficacy Scale（GSES） and Social Support Scale （SSRS）. The SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. We employed the job burnout dimensions as the dependent variable ,while the self concept,self-efficacy and socialsupport as the independent variable to establish the regression model. Results The job burnout of psychiatric nurses in terms of gender, marital status, education and professional titles had significant differences. Emotion exhaustion had negative correlation with self concept, self-efficacy and social support, depersonalization also had negative correlation with these three dimensions,while personal achievement hadpositive correlation with these three dimensions. Conclusions There is job burnout in emotion exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal achievement among psychiatric nurses. Nursing managers in psyehiatric departments should pay more attention to enhance nurses＇ own ability and improve the level of nurses＂ self-concept, self-efficacy and social support, in order to reduce the job burnout.
