摘　　要：城镇化进程中的劳动力升级和转型需要职业教育来完成,职业教育资源是实施职业教育的基础,职业教育资源配置的良好与否直接影响城镇化的进程。城镇化进程中职业教育资源配置的突出问题为资源总量不足、资源配置失衡、农民工职业培训缺乏、农业职业教育落后等,为改善资源配置以促进城镇化进程,加强资金投入、人才培养市场化、完善农民工培训体系、发展农业职业教育是为对策。It needs the occupation education to complete for upgrading and transformation of the labour force in the process of urbanization, the occupation education resources is the basis of implementing occupation education, it directly affects the process of urbanization that the allocation of occupation education resources is good or not. Problems of occupation education resource allocation is the resource shortage, the imbalance of allocation, lack of migrant workers occupation training, occupation education backward agricultural in the process of urbanization etc., in order to improve the allocation of resources and promote the urbanization process, it is for countermeasures to increase the capital investment, market personnel training, improve training system, develop peasant migrant workers occupation education.
