摘　　要：叙述基于实验工作过程的微生物学课程改革实践:以相关职业岗位(群)典型工作任务分析为依据,采用基于实验工作过程的思路设计教学内容、教学实施过程和考核方式,取得较好的教学效果。The article describes reform and practical exploration of the curriculum of Microbiology. It has special teaching content, teaching process and evaluation, on the base of the analysis of typical working tasks related to occupation post （Group） and the experiment process design. By virtue of those we achieved good teaching effect.
