摘　　要："双师型"教师队伍建设是开放大学的当务之急。开放大学"双师型"教师队伍建设是教师角色转换的需要,我国职业教育政策法规的要求,我国职业教育教师素质提升的需求,借鉴国外先进经验的结果。"双师型"教师是教学改革和专业建设的中坚力量、推行学生"双证制"的主力军、沟通学校招生与就业渠道的桥梁。The construction of ＂double -competency＂ teaching faculty is necessary for open universities. It is the requirement of teachers＂ role transformation, vocational education .policies and rules, improvement of teacher qualities, and the result of adopting advanced experience from foreign countries. ＂Double-competency＂ teachers are not only the backbone of the teaching reform and professional construction, but also the main force to promote students＂ ＂double certificate system＂ and the bridge to communicat school enrollment and employment.
