校企深度融合开展《模具设计与制造综合实训》课程改革的实践

摘　　要：校外实习实训基地建设是当前高职院校与企业产学研合作的重要模式,是高职院校提升核心竞争力、提高人才培养规格、整合资源的重要平台。根据以往的教学改革、校企合作的经验,结合课程改革的思路,从具体课程教学微观的领域出发,针对《模具设计与制造综合实训》课程在校企深度合作模式下进行教学改革的研究与实践,取得了一定的成效,从而为校企合作进行课程改革提供了实践依据,也为高职院校如何突破模具专业高素质技能型人才培养的瓶颈,提供了重要的资料。One of the important fruit of the cooperation between enterprise and college is the off-campus training and internship base, which provides a good chance for higher vocational colleges to enhance its core competitiveness and standard of graduate＇s quality and integrate resources. The paper reviews on experience of college and enterprise cooperation in the previous teaching reform. In light of the framework of course reform and taking the combined training course of mould design and manufacture as an example, the paper explores the teaching reform under the in-depth co- operation of college and enterprise mode, which is proved to be effective. The paper tries to provide reference for the reform of relevant courses, hoping to help vocational colleges tackle the difficulties in enhancing graduates compe- tence.
