摘　　要：协同创新理论作为一种新的认识论视角和对复杂组织对象的理论分析方法,有助于描述继续教育校企联盟各创新主体的利益诉求与相互关系,形成继续教育校企联盟平台协同创新架构,进而有效破解当前继续教育校企合作难题,探索继续教育校企联盟的具体推进策略。As a new epistemology analysis method for complex object perspective and organization theory, Collaborative Innovation Theory administers to describe the interests and relationships between the main innovation of continuing education college and enterprise alliance, form the Collaborative innovation architecture of Continuing education college and enterprise alliance platform, and effectively solve the problem of the school-enterprise cooperation of the continuing education , and ex- plore the strategies of promoting continuing education＇s School-enterprise Coalition specifically.
