摘　　要：大学生的择业观由于受到社会、政治、经济和文化的影响呈现出多元化趋势。适应未来需要，大学生在择业时必须把国家需要、社会责任和个人价值有机统一起来，树立新的择业观。The outlook of college students in choosing careers shows multi-element tendency influenced by society, politics, economy and culture in order to meet the need of the future. College students should establish new outlook of choosing careers by combining the need of the nation, social responsibility and individual value.
