下颌单颌总义齿修复36例临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨下颌单颌总义齿修复下颌缺失的疗效及其注意事项。方法回顾性分析36例下颌单颌总义齿口腔修复患者的临床资料。结果本组36例戴用3个月～3年过程中,情况非常好20例,良好9例,一般5例,不满意重做2例。结论正确的诊断及熟练的口腔修复技术是克服单颌总义齿在修复中不利因素的有效措施,使单颌总义齿获得较好的修复效果保证。Objective To investigate the effect and announcements of the single-jaw mandibular complete denture repai- ring mandibular defect. Methods 36 cases of the single-jaw mandibular complete denture prosthodontics clinical data were ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results 36 cases wore dentures from 3 months to 3 years, 20 cases had superduper effect, 9 cases had fa- vourable effect, 5 cases had ecumenical effect, 2 cases with redo were disappointed. Conclusion The accurate diagnosis and skillful oral rehabilitation technique are effective measures to overcome unfavorable factors and guarantee to obtain better results in the repair of the single maxillary complete denture.
