摘  要:专业化发展能增强高校思想政治理论课教师的职业认同感、归属感与思想政治理论课的教学效果。当前,在高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设中,普遍存在规范科学的管理机制缺乏、结构不合理、教师教学科研整体水平偏低、部分教师职业道德素质缺失等问题,我们可通过建立教师任职资格准入制度、建立健全培训体系、加强思想政治理论课学科建设、建立思想政治理论课教学科研机构、健全管理机制、落实保障措施来积极推动高校思想政治理论课教师专业化发展。Professional development for teachers in ideological and political science at universities can enhance theirsenses of professional belonging and vocational recognition, and further can improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education. Currently, there exist some issues in constructing the teaching team at universities, e. g., a scientific management system is lacked, the structure is unreasonable, the and the professional ethics of some teachers is absent. To overcome these regular and teaching and academic level is relatively lower, deficiencies, we propose some concrete strategies to actively promote the professional development for the teachers in ideological and political science, such as setting up a strict access system, establishing and improving the training system, strengthening the discipline construction, founding re- search institutes, perfecting the management mechanism, and implementing the security systems.
