摘　　要：对于给定的正整数k及任意的自然数n,定义数论函数bk(n)=max {m|sum from i=1 to m(i^k)≤n,n∈N+},给出bk(n)的对偶函数b*k(n)的定义,即b*k(n)=min {m|sum from i=1 to m(i^k)≥n,n∈N+}.用初等方法研究数论对偶函数b*k(n)的均值性质,给出一个有趣的渐近公式,并研究b*k(n)与bk(n)之间的联系.Let k be a fixed positive integer, for any positive integer, the arithmetical function bk （n） is defined as follows：bk（n）=max{m｜m∑i=1i^k≤n,n∈N＋},the arithmetical dual function bk^n （n） is definedas follows：bk^n（n）=max{m｜m∑i=1i^k≥n,n∈N＋}. Using the elementary methods, the mean value ofthe arithmetical dual function was studied,and an interesting asymptotic formula was given. The relationship between bk^n （n） and bk （n） was studied.
