摘　　要：在金工实习中,如何提高学生素质和培养创新能力,贯彻以人为本,以学生为主体,以教师为主导的新教育观;确立以提高学生工程实践能力、工程设计能力、创新意识与创新能力,培养学生的综合素质为根本宗旨,坚持传授知识、培养能力、提高素质协调发展的实践教育理念和以能力培养为核心的实践教学观念。The article concentrates that how to improve the quality of students and culture creating ability of students, and gives new education viewpoint of people-oriented, student-centered and teacher-oriented, we highly regarded improving of engineering practice ability and engineering design ability of students, we highly amphasized importance of cultivation of Synthetic Quality of student. Morever, insisting on taking Ability training as the theme, and then the knowledge-teaching, ability-training and quality-improving must be integrated and developing harmoniously.
