美国医学生职业精神教育对我国医学教育的启示

摘　　要：医学生的职业精神教育日益受到医学教育界的关注,美国的医学生职业精神教育近年来发展迅速,至今已经有半个世纪的历史。本文总结了美国医学生职业精神教育的现况,并探讨了对我国医学生职业精神教育相应的启示,主要包括三个方面:创建系统化的职业精神教育课程体系、营造良好的医学职业精神氛围和实施多样化的职业精神教育方式。The medical students＇ professionalism education has received more and more attentions. Medical students＇ professionalism education in USA developed very rapidly in recent years. It has al- ready been half a century of history. This paper summarizes the medical students＇ the development history and status of professionalism education in USA, and refine the corresponding enlightenment for our medical students＇ professionalism education, mainly includes three aspects： to create integral course system about professionalism education and a good atmosphere of professionalism in the process of education and the implementation of the diversity of teaching methods.
