问题定向教学法在心内科临床见习中的应用探讨

摘  要:在心内科临床见习中,应用问题定向教学法,并与采用传统的以授课为基础的学习教学法进行比较,以探讨定向教学法的可行性及有效性。作者将在其心内科进行临床见习的71名2009级五年制本科临床见习医学生,随机分为两组,一组为对照组,采用传统教学法,另一组为实验组,采用问题定向教学法。两组学生在见习结束后进行理论及操作考试,同时进行问卷调查评价主观效果。两组理论考核无统计学差异,但实验组在重要阳性体征发现、诊断正确完整性、鉴别诊断条理性、诊疗计划合理性方面优于对照组。问卷调查结果显示学生们对问题定向教学法有较大兴趣,大部分学生认同此教学法。可见采用问题定向教学法能提高实习学生的学习主动性及综合能力。discuss the feasibility and the effect of applying problem-based teaching method in clinical practice in the department of cardiology by comparing with traditional lecture-based teaching method. Divide 71 intern students (five-year undergraduates of grade 2009) into two groups: control group, applying traditional teaching method; experiment group, applying problem-based teaching method. After the internship, students of both groups will have a theory test and a practice test, as well as a questionnaire survey to evaluate the effect, the result of the theory test is not statistically different, but the experiment group performs better than the control group in finding important positive signs, completing correct diagnosis, conducting differential diagnosis and planning reasonable treatment. According to the survey, students show great interest to problem-based teaching method which has also been approved by most of them. the application of problem-based teaching method can increase students' initiatives and improve their comprehensive ability.
