美国高校学生事务管理的内涵及其启示

摘　　要：美国高校学生事务管理凸显了以学生为本的核心理念,具体表现为尊重学生、服务学生、发展学生。当前,我国高校学生工作者应借鉴美国高校学生事务管理理念,进一步强化服务意识、协同意识和全人意识,真正实现以爱育人、合力育人、以文化人。The Core Idea of student-oriented has been highlighted in the student affairs administration in American colleges and universities, which is embodied in three aspects： respecting students, serving students and developing students. At present, the staff members in charge of the ideological work of students in our country should learn from the idea of the student affairs administration in American colleges and universities, and further strengthen consciousness of service, col- laborative and holistic education, so as to truly achieve the ideal state of educating students with caring, working together and using culture.
