晚清京师新式学堂教师聘任初探——从京师同文馆到京师大学堂

摘　　要：我国近代教师聘任始于晚清兴办的新式学堂中洋教习的聘任,此举打破了我国任用教师的传统方式,把教师聘任的理念引入我国教师管理之中。以京师同文馆为首的一批新式学堂在聘任洋教习的实践中进行了有益尝试,积累了宝贵经验。京师大学堂制订了我国第一部教师聘任章程,探索了教师资格认证标准,明确了教师职称序列,规范了教师聘任合同,为后世留下一笔宝贵的教育遗产。探析晚清时期大学教师聘任的特点和影响,对今天的高校教师聘任制度建设具有启示和借鉴意义。Chinese modern teacher appointment began with the foreign teacher appointment of westernization school in late Qing Dynasty. It broke our traditional ways of teachers＇ appointment and introduced the new idea of teacher manage- ment into our country. Capital Tongwen Hall led the westernization schools to practice beneficial attempt and accumulate valuable experience in the foreign teacher appointment. Imperial University of Peking established China＇s first regulation of teacher appointment, explored the teacher qualification authentication standard, Cleared the teachers＇ professional titles se- quence, the teachers＇ employment contract specification, and for generations a valuable legacy of education. Analysis and characteristics the teacher appointment in late Qing Dynasty has the enlightenment and reference significance for today＇s appointment system of university teachers.
