摘  要:研究优质牧草对瘦肉型猪生长性能和胴体品质的影响,结果:比较对照组,饲料中添加5%优质牧草(苦荬菜∶菊苣=1∶1),可促进猪的生长发育,日增重761 g,眼肌面积44.04 cm2,瘦肉率66.51%;肉质风味明显提高,肉色加深,大理石纹明显,肉的pH值6.25,但不足之处是肉的嫩度下降至40.65N。结果表明猪饲料中添加优质牧草有助于降低饲养成本和开拓饲料来源。The current experiment was designed to study the effect of high-quality forage on growth and carcass charaeteristics in lean-pigs. The results indicated that compared with control group, addition of 5% high-quality forage (Lactuca indica : chicory = 1 : 1 ) in pig diets could accelerate the growth, average daily gain of 761g, eye muscle area of 44.04 cm~ , lean meat percentage of 66. 51%. The meat flavor was improved obviously, the pork color and marbling deepened, the pH value of 6. 25. But the disadvantage was meat tenderness dropped to 40. 65N. Our finding suggested that the supplement of high-quality forage into the pig feed helps to reduce feeding cost and expand feed re- source.
