摘　　要：软件可靠性是评价软件质量的一个重要指标。针对互不相交的观测区间数据,采用Bayes方法估计软件的可靠度函数,使得对被测软件的可靠性模型更为精确,最后对实际的软件测试数据进行可靠性评估,验证了所提出的估计方法的合理性和可行性。Software reliability is an important item that has been used to evaluate the quality of software. For the sake of reliability model is more accurate. The Bayesian estimation with interval censored data for software reliability function is discussed in the paper, and is applied to an actual application example, which proves the feasibility and rationality of this method in the analysis of software reliability.
