摘 要:增设口腔微生物学实验课,根据口腔医学特色设计系列实验,培养学生的基础、专业、综合、创新能力,经过3年的教学结果,对实验课程的建设进行总体评估。教学方式采用学生两两配对模式,采集口腔牙菌斑,选择性MS培养基分离致龋菌,BHI液体培养基纯化培养,革兰染色和生化糖管鉴定致龋菌。对2009~2011年3年度的实验教学结果进行总体分析。经过实验课的系统教学,学生的口腔微生物学科研能力都有所提高,评分"A"的比例从实验一的56.3%提高到实验四的78.2%,评分"C"的比例从实验一的31.1%下降为实验四的4.6%。口腔微生物学实验教学能够加深学生对理论知识的理解,有助于培养学生的专业技能和科研能力,提高口腔医学教育质量。Oral Microbiology Experiment has been added into curriculum, and designed a trial of experiments accord-ing to the oral medical characteristics, so as to foster foundational, professional, comprehensive, and innovative abili-ties of the students. The construction of the curriculum was generally evaluated after three annual teaching results. The teaching method adopted a mode of consorted by pair among students. They collected dental plaque samples, sep- arated and cultivated of cariogenic bacteria with MS medium, and purified with BHI liquid medium, identified the car-iogenic bacteria with Gram staining and biochemical sugar tubes. The three annual teaching experimental results from 2009 to 2011 were generally analyzed. The results showed that the students' abilities in scientific research on oral mi-crobiology were all improved; The score "A" rating increased from 56.3% in the first experiment to 78.2% in the fourth experiment, whereas score " C" rating fell from 31.1% to 4.6% in the same experiments. The Oral Microbiol-ogy Experiment teaching system could deepen the students to understand the theoretical knowledge, and made for the cultivation of professional skills and scientific research abilities of the students, and improved education quality of oral medicine.
