摘　　要：基于语篇分析的基本理论，在医学英语写作教学中进行了语篇分析教学，分析研究医学英语写作特点，教授医学生写作的策略。这种教学方法能够引导学生树立语篇连贯意识，帮助学生掌握英语写作中的“衔接”与“连贯”的关系，有效地掌握文章写作方法，达到与文章作者共鸣之功效。采用已经掌握的医学英语写作策略指导英语写作，能够有效地促进医学生医学英语写作能力。Based on discourse analysis theory, discourse analysis teaching is being used in teaching medical writing. Writing characteristics in medical English essays are researched. The strategies for writing medical English articles are also taught. The practice can guide the students to establish the awareness of discourse coherence and it can help them understand ＇ Discourse＇ and ＇ Cohesion＇ in medical essays. Medical students should know the characteristics of medical English essays under the guidance of the discourse analysis theory. Discourse-oriental analysis teaching method can improve students＇ writing ability.
