大学生临床技能竞赛对临床医学教育改革的启示

摘　　要：临床医学是一门实践性很强的学科。加强医学生临床技能培训是从源头上改善医疗质量的重要举措。本文从对大学生临床技能竞赛的分析人手，指出目前医学教育中临床技能培训比较薄弱，模拟人训练是加强医学生临床技能培训的有效手段，而模拟人的仿真程度是决定培训能否达到预期效果的关键；进一步提出对今后大学生临床技能竞赛和临床技能教学改革的四点建议。Clinical medicine is a very practical subject. Enhance medical students＇ clinical skills training is an important measure to improve health care quality from the source. Based on the analysis of college students＇ clinical skills competition, We found clinical skills training in medical education was relatively weak. Human patient simulator （HPS） training is an effective means to enhance medical students＇ clinical skills training, While degree of simulation about HPS is the key to determine training effect. Furthermore we put forward four suggestions for future of college students＇ clinical skills competition and clinical skills teaching reform.
