摘 要:针对掘进机掘进过程中,选择和调整掘进参数以适应不均衡的地质环境问题,依据截割机构、升降机构和回转机构之间工作参数的关系,将液压缸运动的非线性动态特性考虑在内,建立了机械-液压耦合的动力学模型,并应用Matlab软件仿真了截割最为恶劣状况下各机构的振动情况.研究结果表明:升降油缸的振动情况较回转油缸严重,且回转半径对回转台振动影响较大.In recent years longitudinal roadheaders are gradually used beyond the mining industry. It is very important to know how to choose right the working parameters and adjust the system on-line to adapt to the non-uniform geological conditions in tunneling. A mechanical-hydraulic coupling dynamic model has been developed based on the working parameters' relationship among the cutting, lift and turning mechanism as well as the nonlinearity of hydraulic cylinder motion. Furthermore, a simulation on the vibration under the worst working conditions has been conducted using MATLAB Software. The results show that the vibration of lift cylinders is greater than turning cylinders and the turning radius has a great impact on the vibration of turning table. In addition, it is the first time for the mechanical-hydraulic coupling model to be applied in the dynamic analysis of roadheaders.
