摘  要:建立了以有机溶剂稀释法为前处理方法测定饮料酒中乙醇碳稳定同位素比率的气相色谱-燃烧-稳定同位素比值质谱法(GC-C-IRMS)。通过条件优化,在将乙醇稀释至8 g/L并采用Wax色谱柱进行有效分离后,可实现对乙醇中碳同位素比值的有效测定。结果表明,该法操作简便,稳定性好,准确度高,可为通过乙醇同位素比值差异实现饮料酒的真实性鉴别提供技术方法。GC-C-IRMS with the pretreatment of dilution by organic solvent had been developed to determine 13C/l2C of ethanol in alcoholic beverage. Firstly, ethanol in alcoholic beverage was diluted to 8 g/L and then separated by Wax chromatographic column under optimized conditions, and then carbon isotopic ratio of ethanol could be measured. The results proved that such method was simple with high accuracy and good repro ducibility. The identification of alcoholic beverage authenticity could be carded out through the comparison of the difference in 13C/12C of ethanol in practice.
