摘  要:校本研修是一种融学习、工作和教研于一体的教育行为。高校辅导员是高校教师队伍中的重要组成部分,当前高校辅导员的专业发展面临诸多困难,运用校本研修理论来提高辅导员专业发展是一个有效的途径。实践反思、同伴互助和专家引领对辅导员专业发展起着积极的促进作用。School - based training is a learning, work, teaching and research in one of the educational act. College Counselors is an im- portant part of college teachers in the professional development of college counselors facing many difficulties, the use of school - based training theory is an effective way to improve the counselor professional development. Refleetive practice, peer support and expert lead counselor professional development plays a positive role in promoting.
