摘　　要：职业教育决策机制包括决策体制与决策制度两个方面,体制建设是关键,制度建设是保证。体制方面主要是建立统一的职业教育管理机构和职业院校协商机构、合理设计学校的内部组织结构,明确各教育决策主体的权责关系;制度建设主要是建立健全决策程序和规则制度、决策前的调研制度、专家学者咨询制度以及决策责任制度。Vocational education decision-making mechanism is divided into decision-making systems,which plays the key role,and decision-making norms,which is the guarantee of constructing mechanism.The main task of deci sion-making systems is to establish unified vocational education management and consultation institutions of voca tional colleges,to design internal organizational structure of colleges and clarify their respective rights and liabili ties.Building the systems of procedures and rules,investigation and research before making decisions,consultation to experts and scholars and responsibilities relationships are the focal concerns to decision-making norms.
