摘  要:随着新一轮基础教育课程改革的进一步推广,学习资源开发与利用的重要性日益凸显.语文学习资源的开发与利用是实施新课标不可缺少的基本要素,它直接关系到新课标实施的成效.这就需要语文教师必须强化资源开发意识,挖掘和建设各种类型的学习资源.但如何开发与利用学习资源、提高教学质量是基础教育课程改革的新课题,也是学校与教师面临的最大障碍与困难之一.With the further promotion of the new round of basic education curriculum reform,the importance of learning resources development and utilization is becomes increasingly prominent.The development and utilization of Language learning resources is the inevitable elements to implement the new curriculum standard,it is directly related to the effectiveness of the new curriculum implementation.It was required that language teachers must strengthen the awareness of resource development,excavation and construction of various types of learning resources.However,how to development and use the learning resources to improve the quality of teaching are the new topic of curriculum reform,it is also the biggest obstacles and difficulties of the schools and teachers must to face.
