摘　　要：小班化教育虽聚焦学校课堂,但实质是从价值认识到行为实践的全面变革。其理论和实践研究既丰富了我国课程改革成果,又为推进教育公平先行积累经验,具有前瞻性和先进性的研究价值和意义。当下,政策、人口、城市化等多种因素导致我国小班化教育面临资源困境,西方小班化教育经验和研究成果尚无法应对中国小班化教育发展难题。本土理论研究、区域范畴的培育和扶持是小班化教育持续发展的对策。Small class education is the essence of value from understanding to practice the comprehensive changes. It has not only enriched the outcome of reform ,but also accumulated the experience of equity of education. Now policy , population and urbanization led to the difficult positions in China. There is much difference in small class education between east and west. For us, the indigenous knowledge is the core problem . Foster and support in regional areas is important countermeasure .
