生物学专业无机及分析化学实验课程改革与探索

摘　　要：无机及分析化学实验课是生物学专业大学一年级学生的一门重要的必修基础课程,对培养学生的动手能力和科研能力有重要作用。该文分析了生物学专业实验教学中存在的问题,有针对性地提出了教学改革的方法和思路,如转变学生观念,提高基本操作技能,精心选择和编排实验内容,激发学生兴趣,改革考试制度等。实践表明,采取上述改革措施明显提高了无机及分析化学实验教学的效果。Inorganic and analytical chemistry experiment course is an important required course for biology specialty,which plays an important role for cultivating students＂ operating ability and scientific research ability. We analyzed the problems in the experimental teaching of biology specialty, and proposed accordingly the methods and ideas of teaching reform, such as changing students＂ mind, improving basic operation skills, careful choosing and arranging experiment content, stimulating students＂ interests, reforming the examination system, and so on. The resuits showed that these measures improved the quality of education of the inorganic and analytical chemistry experiment course.
