摘  要:以稻草秸秆为原料,研究了NaOH和60Co-γ射线复合处理对稻草降解率及结晶度的影响。结果表明:0.5%NaOH和20KGy60Co-γ射线复合处理使稻草粉的葡萄糖产率达到8.92%,复合处理后的稻草粉经纤维素酶水解,葡萄糖转化率达到38.26%,复合处理稻草粉的结晶度降低了1个百分点。说明稻草粉经物理和化学方法复合处理明显优于单独处理。Enzymatic degradation is the efficient way of utilizing straw as a renewable resources to produce valuable products. This study was aimed to check the influence of composite treatment of sodium hydroxide and 60Co-γ rays on degradation rate and crystallinty of straw. The results showed that the composite processing of 0.5% sodium hydroxide and 20 KGy 60Co-γ rays makes the straw into powder form with glucose production? of 8.92%. When this composite was hydrolysed by cellulase enzyme the glucose conversion rate was increased to 38.26% ,while the crystallinity was reduced by 1%. This explained that physical and chemical methods of composite treatment showed higher evidences than the single one.
