摘 要:针对航空发动机管路固有频率的影响,通过对2种材料、8种直径的L型发动机弯管在充入燃油、滑油等不同条件下进行了大量自由态固有频率试验,分析并得到了管路材料、直径、油液质量等参数对发动机充液弯管固有频率的影响规律。采用ANSYS软件管单元方法进行了相应的固有频率有限元计算。通过与试验结果对比分析,验证了用管单元计算方法替代大试验量的高效性和适用性,可为今后的发动机管路敷设工作提供一定的参考。A large number of experiments of the free state natural frequency of two kinds of materials and 8 kinds of the diameter of the "L" engine pipes were performed respectively in the different conditions of empty pipes, pipes filling with the fuel oil andlubricating oil. The influence laws of the pipes, material, diameter and the oil quality on natural frequency of engine charging bending pipes were analyzed and obtained. The corresponding finite element calculation of natural frequency was performed by the method of pipe element of ANSYS software. The efficiency and applicability of the pipe element calculation replacing the large amount of experiments was verified by contrast and analysis the test results. The conclusion of experiments could provide some reference for the works of laying engine pipes.
