大学教师沟通满意度因子结构的实证研究

摘　　要：沟通满意度是近些年来国外组织行为和心理学领域研究的一个重要问题。论文整合Downs & Hazen等人发展的CS量表,运用来自五所大学教师的调查数据对CS的因子结构进行了实证研究。结果发现,我国大学教师CSQ包括"与领导沟通"、"个人反馈"、"沟通氛围"、"同事沟通"四个因子,这与Downs & Hazen等人的研究发现有明显的不同。这一结论为改善我国大学教师CS、帮助提升其工作绩效提供了更有针对性的指导。In recent years, Communication Satisfaction （CS） has become an important research issue in the field of organizational behavior and psychology. On the base of literature reviewing, a Communication Satisfaction Questionnaires （CSQ） is put forwad by modifying and integrating CSQs developed by Downs ＆ Hazen （1977, 1991, 1993, 1994）, and an empirical research is carried out using the survey data coming from five universties in He＇ nan Province. The findings show that CSQ includes 4 factors in university of China, this results distinguished from Downs ＆ Hazen＇ s research obiviously. It provides for us a beneficial guidance to improve Chinese university teachers＇ CS and work performance.
