正畸患者及其父母对正畸治疗的态度及合作性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨正畸患者及其父母对正畸治疗的态度及合作性的相关性。方法选取正畸治疗患者及其父母各79例。采用调查问卷方式通过填写量表评估治疗前及治疗6个月后患者及其父母对正畸治疗的态度及合作性,分析其相关性。结果治疗前父母对正畸治疗态度与患者正畸治疗合作性无明显相关(P>0.05),正畸治疗6个月后父母态度与患者合作性明显相关(P<0.05)。患者正畸治疗态度与其合作性明显相关(P<0.05),经过6个月的正畸治疗后两者之间相关性更高(P<0.01)。结论正畸医生应引导患者及其父母对正畸治疗形成积极的态度,以提高患者的合作性,从而在最佳的时间内达到更理想的疗效。Objective To evaluate the correlation between compliance and the attitude to orthodontic treatment of patients and their parents. Methods Seventy nine patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment and their parents were randomly se-lected in the study. Before treatment and 6 months afte treatment, the patients and their parents were requested to fil in a ques-tionare designed to assess the correlation between patients＇ compliance and the attitude to orthodontic treatment. Results Be-fore treatment the compliance of patients was not correlated with the attitude of their parents（P 〉0.05）, Six months after the treat-ment, the attitude to treatment of both patients and parents were significantly correlated with compliance of patients （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The positive perception of orthodontic treatment both for patients and their parent can enhance the compliance of pa-tients.
