摘　　要：阐述了医学语境中的知识资源概念与内涵,基于属性和内容分析了医院知识资源的类型,提出了医院知识资源配置的原则与对策。The concept and connotation of knowledge resources in context of medical language were described. The types of knowledge resources in hospitals were analyzed according to its properties and contents. The principles and measures were put forward for the allocation of knowledge resources in hospitals.
