听障儿童单字调发音障碍干预的个案研究

摘  要:目的通过对听障儿童单字调发音障碍矫治方案的研究,验证康复方法的有效性.方法对1例配戴助听器的单字调发音障碍听障儿童实施基础训练和针对性训练的干预方案;采取单一被试研究方法,将干预前后的评估结果进行对比分析.结果个案基线期和处理期数据呈显著性差异.结论本研究设计的综合性康复训练方案使听障儿童单字调发音障碍得到有效改善,可为临床康复提供理论与实践依据.Objective To observe the effectiveness of the rehabilitation methods through the case study of a hearing-impaired child. Methods By single-subject experimental design,this study compared the results of a child with hearing aids before and after the intervention.Results There were significant differences between the baseline data and the data after the intervention.Conclusion The tone pronunciation disorder of hearing-impaired children may be improved by receiving comprehensive rehabilitation training,which provides important theoretical and practical evidences for clinical rehabilitation.
