摘　　要：随着卫生信息化建设的不断深入,卫生信息化人才短缺和结构不合理问题等日益凸显,人才在职培训成为推动当前信息化建设可持续发展的重要举措。本文阐述了我国现有的卫生信息化人才队伍培训的现状和国内外在职培训的方式,分析了我国卫生信息化人才在职培训机制,并针对国内卫生信息化人才在职培训现状提出了相应的措施。With the rapid development of health informatization construction, the problems of talent shortage and unreasonable structure become obvious, health informatization talent＇s on-the-job training proved to be a key point for informatization construction. The article introduces the present situation of health informatization training, expounds on-the-job training methods at home and abroad. Through analyzing the mechanism and problems of Health Informatization Talent＇s on-job-Training, the article proposes corresponding countermeasures and measures.
