摘 要:为了实现用试验台模拟实车运动信号,在分析整车运动状态模拟装置工作原理的基础上,以汽车运动信号及其变化率为控制参数,设计了主环有限状态机控制器和伺服环电机控制系统,并安装在已搭建的硬件在环试验台上。在该硬件在环试验台上进行了典型工况台架试验,将安装于该试验台上的传感器采集的实际信号与目标信号进行了对比,结果表明了所设计的控制系统跟随控制效果的有效性。To realize the simulation of vehicle motions, a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test bench was constructed. The working principle of the simulation of vehicle motion signal was analyzed based on the constructed HIL test bench. A main loop controller with Finite State Machine (FSM) and servo loop control system of motor was designed. In order to prove the efficiency of the HIL test bench and FSM control algorithm, experiments with typical working condition was carried out. The signals collected from the sensors installed on the test bench were compared with target signals, and the results demonstrate effectiveness of designed control system in following the vehicle state.
