摘　　要：大众化教育下，复杂的社会环境和社会的高度信息化，对高职学生工作提出了越来越高、越来越复杂的要求，学生管理工作中各方面的问题逐渐突现出来。了解高职学生群体的特殊性，把握高职教育的核心，认清当前高职院校学生工作存在的问题与不足，提出做好高职学生工作的建议，这对高职院校的发展具有重要的现实意义。Popular education, complex social environment and a highly information-oriented society, the work of the vocational students getting higher and higher and more complex requirements,student management work inall aspects of the problems have gradually come to the fore.Understand the particularity of vocational students groups, grasp work of the higher vocational students,the development of vocational colleges important practical significance.
