未来职业者对图书馆员刻板印象回归分析模型的构建

摘　　要：文章通过全面系统地考察影响未来职业者对图书馆员刻板印象的因素,以多元线性回归分析为手段,建立以未来职业者对图书馆员刻板印象为因变量的多元回归模型;筛选出该模型的8个自变量,即对图书馆服务是否满意、复杂性、上学时间、对图书馆专业的喜欢程度、消极情感、积极情感、对图书馆员的印象来源、舒适度。在此基础上,详细分析了这些影响未来职业者对图书馆员刻板印象的变量。A model taking the stereotype of the future professionals toward the librarians as the dependent variable and 8 factors which are as the independent variables is established by multiple regression analysis,based on the comprehensive and systematical survey on the stereotype of the future professionals toward the librarians.Those independent variables include： satisfaction with library service,profession＇s complexity,time to get LIS education,preference to LIS major,negative affects,positive affects,sources to form impressions,and professional comfort,which were also discussed in details.
