摘  要:上世纪90年代后,高职院校越来越重视教学督导工作,各高职院校在教学督导的理念、方式、内容及效果也不尽相同。教学督导必须要探索出一条行之有效的符合高职教育发展规律的机制。文章以扬州职业大学为例,阐述高职院校教学督导机制发展与创新的历程,为促进高职教育督导机制的进一步发展提供借鉴。Abstract: In late 1990s, the teaching supervision is move and move emphasized in higher vocational colleges. How- ever, the teaching supervision mechanism in higher vocational colleges has its own charaeteristics, with different con- cepts, methods, activities and results of teaching supervision in different vocational colleges. It' s a must to explore a teaching supervision mechanism which is effective and accords with the developing law of higher vocational educa- tion. Taking Yangzhou Polytechnic College as an example, this paper explains the development and innovation process of its teaching supervision mechanism, thus providing reference for promoting the further progress of supervi- sion mechanism of higher vocational education.
