高职院校基于专业技能培养的课程改革

摘　　要：针对目前高职院校在专业技能培养方面的问题,在理论课程和实践课程提出改进的方法和措施。合理安排专业基础课和专业课,使各门课程融会贯通,且课程教学应和培养学生的专业技能相结合,培养学生实际应用能力;通过建立教学实习的新模式,在实训中模拟企业的生产和管理,使学生了解企业的生产管理,了解产品的加工工艺过程,提高学生的学习兴趣;充分利用针对性强的生产实习和毕业实习,培养学生"一技之长"。Improvement methods and measures are presented in the theory curriculum and practical curriculum for skills training of the occupation technical college.In order to understand and master all of curriculum,reasonable arrangement can be made in basic curriculum and specialized curriculum.In order to Improve student’s practical ability,teaching can be combined with skills training.The production and management of enterprise can be simulated in skills training through new method for practical teaching,so,production process can be understand.Student’s expertise can be obtained by graduation practice and production practice pertinent to skills training.
