摘 要:目的探讨绿叶蔬菜摄入与心血管疾病危险因素的关联。方法采用分层随机抽样的横断面设计,使用食物频数问卷(FFQ)调查459名广州居民的膳食摄入情况,检测身高、体重,空腹血脂(TC、LDL-c、HDL-c、TG),纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen),心电图检查(QT间期)及B超检测颈动脉血管壁内中膜厚度(IMT),分析绿叶蔬菜摄入量与心血管疾病危险因素之间的关联。结果绿叶蔬菜的摄入与血浆TC和LDL-c存在负相关关联,在校正混杂因素后的模型中,绿叶蔬菜摄入量最高组(中位数:571g/d)相比于最低组(中位数:139g/d),血浆TC和LDL-c分别低12.2%和12.9%。没有观察到绿叶蔬菜摄入与其它心血管疾病危险因素存在关联。结论绿叶蔬菜摄入与血浆TC和LDL-c存在负相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between green-leaf vegetable intake and index of cardiovascular risk factors. Methods The 459 residents in Guangzhou were randomly selected for this cross-sectional study. Their habitual dietary intake including green-leaf vegetables were assessed with food frequency questionaire (FFQ)and blood pressure,plasma lipids,fibrinogen,QT interval and carotid bifurcation intima-media thickness were measured as cardiovascular risk factors. Results There were negative correlastions between greenleaf vegetable intake and plasma TC and LDL-c concentrations. In the multivariables-adjusted model, the subjects in the top quartile of green-leaf vegetable intake (median,571g/d)were 12.2% and 12.9% lower in TC and LDL-c than those in the bottom quartile(median, 139g/d). No significant associations were observed between green-leaf vegetable intake and risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. Conclusions The intake of green-leaf vegetables is negatively associated with plasma TC and LDL-c concentrations. The causal mechanism of such association, however, remains to be eluciated.
