古代做人伦理的现代价值

摘　　要：传统伦理道德对于现代人做什么样的人,如何做人,是有值得传承的精神财富的,对它的继承和发展,既有益于个人,也有益于建立优良的社会道德。从观念层面讲,古人做人主要包括立志与理想,道德良知等几个方面。从方法论上讲,有三个方面的特点,即"抽象继承法"是在"精神"上和某些"具体"方面的继承;现代化与传统既是"对立"的又是"互补"的;传统文化中某些成分具有适应时代变化的性能而成为新时代的事物。今人需要传承先人的美德,更应当高于古人做人的要求。一个现代人应该做一个对己对人对社会有责任、有义务的人,有良心讲诚信、谦虚谨慎的人,智慧而又有高雅气质的人,与地球、动植物交友的人,具有独立人格的人。The traditional ethics is, for modern people to be what kind of person and how to behave, the spiritual wealth which is worth inheriting. Inheritance and development of the traditional ethics are not only beneficial to the individuals, but also to the establishment of a good social moral. Ideologically, the ancients＇ behaviors mainly included making determination and ideal, abiding by morality and others. There were methodologically three characteristics： firstly, ＂the abstract inheritance＂ referred to the ＂spiritual＂ and some ＂specific＂ inheritance; secondly, modernization and tradition were ＂opposite＂ and ＂complementary＂ thirdly, some aspects of the traditional culture could be adapted to the modern society and become certain new phenomena. At present, we should inherit and even surpass the ancestor＇s virtue. A modem people should be responsible for both himself and society, should be conscious and honest, modest and prudent, wisdom and elegant, should make friends with the earth, plants and animals, and should have an independent personality.
