摘　　要：动态联盟作为实现敏捷制造的企业组织模式 ,是我国中小企业提高市场竞争能力的重要途径。基于我国国情 ,分析了影响中小企业和动态联盟敏捷性的主要因素及其影响方式 ;Virtual organization is an important way to agile manufacturing to improve the competitiveness of small and medium sized enterprises.In this paper,main factors that influence the agility of small and medium sized enterprises as well as of virtual organization are analyzed.A framework of agility assessing system for small and medium sized enterprises as well as virtual organizations are proposed based on the current situation of Chinese small and medium sized enterprises.
