摘　　要：建设顶岗实习基地是高师院校进一步强化和提升实践教学质量的重要措施,也是贯通职前、职后教育一体化战略思想的有力保证。只有通过构建一系列协同化的运行和管理机制,完善高师院校顶岗实习基地建设的内容等策略,才能保障顶岗实习的可持续发展。The construction of practice base is not only an important measure to improve and strengthen the quality of teaching practice for the normal colleges, but also a guarantee to ensure pre-service and in-service education. It is important to secure a stable development by constructing a series of coordinated operation and management mechanism and improving the working content of normal colleges in the practical field.
