摘  要:建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定油茶籽和核桃中的铅、镉、铬、砷、汞、铜、锌、铁8种金属元素的方法。试验优化了微波消解条件和仪器测定条件,方法检出限为0.31~31.6μg/kg,加标回收率在80%~110%之间,RSD在1.7%~7.8%(n=6)之间。采用该方法对黄豆标准样品(GBW10013)和苹果标准样品(GBW10019)进行验证,测定值均在标准值范围内。采用该方法测定了不同地区的油茶籽和核桃中的金属元素含量,其中有害金属元素含量远低于现行标准的限量值。对于油脂含量较高样品中多金属元素的测定,该方法具有准确、快速、低检出限的特点。A method for analysis of Pb, Cd, Cr, As, Hg, Cu, Zn and Fe in oil - tea camellia seed and wal- nut by microwave digestion and ICP - MS was studied. The microwave digestion conditions and instru- ment parameters were optimized. The detection limit of the method was 0.31 - 31.6 ixg/kg, the recovery of standard addition was from 80% to 110% ,and the RSD was from 1.7% to 7.8% (n =6). The meas- ured values of standard soybean sample( GBW10013 )and standard apple sample(GBW10019) verified by this method were within the standard values. The metal elements contents in oil -tea camellia seed and walnut from different areas were determined by this method, and the hazardous metal elements contents were much lower than allowed values. The analytical method presented was characterized with rapidness, good precision, low detection limit for muhielements determination of samples with high oil content.
