摘  要:以石油醚为溶剂室温浸提南美油藤种子所含的油脂,采用气相色谱质谱(GC/MS)分析测定南美油藤油的脂肪酸组成与含量。结果表明:南美油藤油中主要的脂肪酸为亚麻酸(46.65%)、亚油酸(41.43%)、棕榈酸(5.50%)和硬脂酸(5.36%),4种主要脂肪酸含量占总脂肪酸含量的98.94%,不饱和脂肪酸含量占总脂肪酸含量的88.62%。南美油藤油是一种亚麻酸含量很高的食用油脂,具有很好的营养价值。The seeds oil was extracted from Plukenetia volubilis Linneo with petroleum ether at room tem- perature and the fatty acid composition of the oil was analyzed by GC/MS. The results showed that linole- nic acid (46.65%), linoleic acid (41.43%), palmitic acid (5.50%) and stearic acid (5.36%) were main fatty acids in the oil ; the contents of the four main fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids in total fat- ty acid were 98.94% and 88.62%, respectively. The Plukenetia volubilis Linneo seeds oil was rich in linolenic acid, which was high nutritional edible oil.
