摘  要:结合宝中线增建第二线平凉南至固原段地形地貌、经济运量、机车牵引质量、制动性能、工程设置及投资、运营费和机车购置费等方面进行分析、比选,确定推荐的限制坡度方案。从工程设置及投资分析,13‰双机坡方案主隧道长度较短、工程投资较节省;统筹西平线运输特点综合分析,6/13‰单机均衡坡方案具有运输效率高,运营成本最低的明显优势。推荐6/13‰单机均衡坡方案是本项目选线的创新。In the process of scheme research of the new second line of the Baoji-Zhongwei Railway, the analysis and comparison were carried out in combination with relevant issues of the Pingliangnan-Guyuan section, such as the topography and landform, economy and transport capacity, locomotive engine traction tonnage, braking performance, project setup, project investment, operating expense, engine purchase cost and so on, in the hope of confirming a recommendation scheme of limiting gradient. After analysis focusing on project setup and project investment, it was found that the scheme of 13%o double-engine gradient could give the shortest main tunnel length with less investment; however, after comprehensive analysis focusing on transportation characteristics of Xiping Railway, it was found that the scheme of 6/13‰ single-engine equilibrium gradient could get a obvious superiority of high transport efficiency and lower operation cost. As a result, the scheme of 6/13‰ single-engine equilibrium gradient which has been recommended is regarded as a technical innovation on route selection in this project.
