基于层次分析的发展性高职学生综合素质评价研究

摘　　要：为了进一步深化高职院校学生综合素质评价研究,通过层次分析法把学生综合素质评价中具有共同属性的因素组成系统的同一层次,不同类型的学生综合素质评价因素形成了系统的不同层次;并且上一层因素对它的下一层次的全部或部分因素起支配作用,形成按层次自上而下的逐层支配关系;其中单一的最高层因素就是被分析的发展性高职学生综合素质评价所要达到的目标。基于层次分析的发展性高职学生综合素质评价,为高职院校进一步深化教育教学改革,以及推动高等职业教育的发展提供依据、夯实基础。In order to further deepen the comprehensive student quality evaluation in vocatior/al colleges, the research adopts the analytic hierarchy process to make up the evaluating system with the same level for those who have the common properties in the students＂ comprehensive quality, while for different types of students, different levels of the system are formed; and the factors of upper layer dom- inates the entire or partial factors of the next, shaping the hierarchical top-down layers; the single top comprehensive factor is the targets that the comprehensive quality evaluation of vocational students should achieve. The hierarchical and developmental evaluation system can provide a basis and lay a solid foundation to the further reform of education and teaching, as well as the promotion of the development of higher vocational education.
