摘  要:选取三类共 36种有机化合物进行厌氧生物降解性试验 ,分析研究了其厌氧生物降解性综合指数ABI和结构描述符 ,得出厌氧生物降解性与结构定量关系 (QSBR)模型。In this study, anaerobic biodegradability of 36 kinds of organic compo unds was tested. Having analyzed the aggregate index of anaerobic biodegradability (ABI) and the molecular descriptors of organic compounds by using the software of SPSS7.5, three quantitative structure-biodegradability relationship models (QSBR) were established: for aliphatic hydr ocarbon and its derivatives ABI=0.561 - 2.147_π -3.455E_ HOMO - 26.130_ nD , for phenol and its derivatives ABI= 18.642 - 4.2300X+9.7054X _ pc , for amine and its derivatives ABI=-0.693+0.321pK_a.
