摘　　要：改革开放30多年来,中国走上了一条既面向世界又独立发展的中国特色社会主义发展道路。与中国社会发展进程相一致,高校人文社会科学研究也因此获得了充分发展并取得了辉煌业绩,形成了独特的"中国经验":注重顶层设计,以规划引领人文社会科学发展;加强学科建设,为学术繁荣发展强本固基;坚持开放包容,不断提升学术研究的方法论自觉;强化学术规范,为知识生产提供内在的精神支撑;植根本土实践,专注于中国特色人文社会科学研究;积极参政议政,服务政策制定和制度创新。With more than 30 years of reform and opening up,humanities and social sciences research in colleges and universities has thus been fully developed and made brilliant achievements,which forms unique china experience：Focusing on the top-level design so as to lead the development of Humanities and Social Sciences;Strengthening discipline construction to solid the foundation for academic prosperity;Insisting on being open and inclusive to improve academic research methodology;Strengthening the academic norms to provide inner spiritual support for knowledge production;Bing rooted in the local practice,and emphasize the humanities and social sciences research with Chinese characteristics;Participating actively in politics,policy-making and institution innovation.
