摘　　要：界定了产学研协同创新中的知识整合内涵及特点,构造了产学研协同创新的知识整合理论框架,分析了产学研协同创新的知识整合运行过程、支持系统和运行机制。This paper defines the connotation of the knowledge integration in industry - university - research institute synergy innovation, and discussed its characteristics＇, combined with the synergy theory to build a theoretical framework of I - U - R synergy innovation knowledge integration, and also discussedthe running process, support system and operation mechanism of it.
